Main Mission

Involved in project team to support and maintain the IT infrastructure and software solutions delivered to customer

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the whole IT infrastructure:
  • Handle the Operation, Support and Maintenance of the IT infrastructure, Application systems and MS SQL databases
  • Support development and integration team for software installation, configuration
  • Coordinate and conduct regular preventive maintenance thus ensuring the availability of the systems
  • Support the Project Manager for maintenance of the system part of the solutions

• Support and maintain the whole systems and solutions:
  • Handle and manage the customers support requests and perform all options defined in the contract (i.e. corrective & preventive maintenance, call reviews, etc.)
  • Establish in-depth analysis and incidents investigation related to the implementation of the solutions
  • Define an action plan to solve the incidents with a temporary work around or a complete solution
  • Ensure the relevant information is provided to Support Level 3 for the incidents requiring the interventions on the product level
  • Ensure a regular internal reporting concerning the incidents and account status

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years in Software Engineering, preferably within large scale system build
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Support and maintenance experience
• Experience in Java server application development / C# thick client application
• Familiar with MS SQL database, JBOSS and Tomcat application servers
