Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of project management with ability to analyze business requirements, document and communicate with vendor for change
• Participate in application design, testing, training and deployment
• Work closely with the business and vendors to provide hands-on and leadership in continuous improvement for ERP, eCommerce and reporting system
• Work closely with head office IT and vendors to provide stable and secure on-prem, and in-cloud infrastructure and desktop support
• Lead change, introduce new technology, manage department budget, and resources
• Handle any ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 8 years of experience in system management with project, people and vendor management skills ; wine industry or retail background will be an advantage
• Familiar with Dynamics NAV, Microsoft SQL, scripting, Excel macros; knowledge of Jet Report is an advantage
• Experience in cloud environment (e.g. Azure preferred), infrastructure management, Windows, basic PC support, and CRM preferred
• Experience in eCommerce technology, security knowledge is essential.  Knowledge of Magento is ideal
• Knowledge of programming language such as PHP, Python is preferred
• Strong communication skills with good command of English and Chinese required
• Ability to communicate with management, work across all departments and work under pressure with multiple projects' deliveries
