Job Duties:

• Maintain and enhance the government Online Form System and the associated backend systems
• Co-ordinate and interface with different government contractors and support teams for the application setup on Government hosting infrastructure and /or on public clouds
• Provide support after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services

 

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 6 years of experience in IT of which 2 years as a Senior System Analyst or equivalent
• Possess solid knowledge and experience on applications running on mobile devices and PCs, web application design, development and troubleshooting
• At least 1 year experience on script programming using Python and working
• experience on troubleshooting web applications running on mobile devices
• 1 year programming experience using PHP, Java application framework and MySQL
• Knowledge and experience of developing application on public cloud or EGIS is preferred
• Possess strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills as well as to take a leading role on application infrastructure design and setup
• Hard-working and self-motivated with good working attitude
• A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• HK Permanent Resident is required
