Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

Duties and Responsibilities

1.  Elicit and analyze business requirement

2. Design and implement J2EE and mobile application with team according to the functional spec

3. Troubleshooting for the existing applications

4. Create test cases and help design documentation

5. Engage in or lead project through the whole project lifecycle

6. Demonstrates strong communication skills in both oral and written

7. Any other task assigned by team leader

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.

2. Over 5 years related working experience and over 5 years of J2EE development experience, mobile development experience will be highly preferred.

3. Must have:

• 5+ years of experience in programming (Java, Javascript etc)
• 3+ years of experience in popular database such as Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 etc
• Some experience in creating and maintaining UNIX/Linux scripts
• Manage multi tasks in parallel efficiently.
• Quick learner and strong willingness in learning new technologies
• Be able to work independently under a high pressure
• Be able to work flexibly to take conference call or work for production support in non-working hours
• Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills of both mandarin and English

4.Nice to have:

• Know at least one mobile programming languages: HTML5, JQuery CSS3, Object-C
