• Lead systems requirements for large assembly project
• Lead systems requirements for New product line
• Lead IS 4.0 project implement include but not limited MES/COBOT/AGV/EAM/OEE.
• Provide support to external suppliers to ensure timely project completion
• Define and integrate Poke Yoke systems within existing infrastructure
• Create specifications and implement new systems
• Propose cost effective, practical solutions that enhance manufacturing capabilities
• Provide troubleshooting and develop solutions jointly with key suppliers
• Maintain all systems, define enhancements and additional systems requirements and lead their implementation.
• Engage in CI process/activity to support site business goal
• Follow Eaton EHS policy & process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Engineering
• 7 years’ work experience in a manufacturing environment and understanding of manufacturing systems requirements
• Results oriented, capable to work in team and autonomous environment when required
• General understanding of real-time manufacturing data systems
• General networking knowledge desirable
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows NT, 2000, and XP operating system platforms
• Experience with Programming Logic Controllers (PLCs), AB & Siemens are preferred.
• Experience with ROBOT application experience, FUNUC & Universal Robots are preferred.
• IS 4.0 or MES system experience is preferred.
• An understanding of OLE for Process Control (OPC), its application, and its interaction with the Component Object Model (COM)
• A programming background in VB & VC++
• Experience with relational databases, including programming knowledge regarding SQL stored procedures
• A broad understanding of web technologies, including Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Active Server Pages (ASP), ASP.NET, and JavaScript
• Systems Control and Data Acquisition knowledge a plus
