Job Duties:

• To provide system administration and support to infrastructure and related IT facilities
• To enhance existing systems or implement new systems according the guidelines provided, if any, to support the implementation and rollout of the Centrally Managed Messaging Platform(CMMP)
• To monitor system performance, perform routine system maintenance and upgrade, conduct investigation and troubleshooting on problems encountered, etc.
• To fulfil logging and administrative reporting requirements and prepare statistics and reports
• To assist in preparation of requirement specifications and procurement process
• To update and maintain inventory records of hardware and software assets; perform physical and health checks and maintain documentations
• To work with internal staff, project teams or contractors in carrying duties
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Computer Studies/Computer Engineering/Information
• Technology/Information Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration, Server Virtualisation Technology and Windows Server 2008/2012
• Have at least one year work experience in the Government
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical details
• Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese (essentially Cantonese) and English
• HK Permanent resident is required
