• Prepare technical proposals/reports based on customer needs to support spec in project moving forward;
• Provide technical trainings to customers to promote company and product values;
• Contribute on new product development and launch projects;
• Carry out technical services initiatives, like technical consultant, inquiry, trouble shooting and complaint handling;
• Building up product and application knowledge to support business growth;

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science or Organic Chemistry, a Master degree would be a plus;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical field in chemical industry, preferably in Auto OEM, Auto aftermarket or Graphics industry, and knowledge about pressure sensitive adhesive industry would be a plus;
• Highly experienced in customer interactions;
• Self-motivated, strong willingness to learn and grow;
• Requires >50% of travel;
