These are the key responsibilities of the position:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store and ensure the achievement of sales targets and operation efficiency
• Manage and motivate frontline staff to provide the highest quality of customer service
• Monitor team members, supervise the daily sales activity
• Responsible for stock management in order to keep a suitable stock level and accuracy
• Organize the working hours of the team

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in any disciplines
• Minimum 2 year retail operation experience
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Excellent interpersonal, people management, customer oriented and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work with shift duty

Working Time: (9 hours per shift)

• Morning: 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Afternoon: 2 PM - 11:30 PM
