Join our scrum team to translate technical requirements and project objectives into business and customer outcomes.

The Opportunity:
 

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will co-ordinate and lead the gathering of functional and technical requirements to support front end digital technology initiatives.

To do this successfully you will:

• Take a lead role in the evaluation, development and implementation of solutions and provide recommendations for alternate solutions and approaches
• Gather, organise and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources
• Develop documentation including user stories, technical requirements, concept papers; design specifications, user stories and delivery of learnings to end users.
• Have strong workshop facilitation experience and a proven ability to drive delivery across multiple teams
• Complete or oversee project work stream deliverables including quality control and sign-off
• Convert business needs into user stories and technical tasks and lead business stakeholders towards functional design decisions.
• Engage both technical and business teams including partners to design and deliver quality outcomes

Successful applications will demonstrate:

• Experience working as technical business analyst
• Financial Services or Insurance Industry Experience is desirable
• Experience working on agile web-based projects and lean-agile working practices
• Advanced knowledge of Jira is highly sought
• Solid understanding of front-end web technologies and best practices
