The successful candidate will assist the execution and management of routine maintenance and repair.  S/he will be responsible for site inspection & reports preparation, site progress monitoring, supervision of contractors and liaison with end users.

Requirements 

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Building Surveying / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum one year relevant experience.  Recent graduate will also be considered.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Photoshop
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Technical Assistant
