Job Description
- Completion of HKCEE or HKDSE examination;
- A minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in consultant firm or property management company;
- Assist in project management, monitoring maintenance progress in different buildings, tender & quotation, etc.;
- Proficient in MS Office
- Pleasant, patience and capable to handle multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Assistant
Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include birthday leave, paternity leave, full attendance leave, training allowance, powdered milk allowance, medical allowance and other special leave.
