Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant for our Cohesive Companies Division and Canadian Services group. The Canadian Services team specializes in delivering Enterprise Asset Management solutions to diverse industries across all markets and has grown to incorporate one of the largest in-house teams specialized in Maximo products and services.

Location: Hybrid work model - 3 days from office, 2 days from home.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Maximo EAM solutions
• Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a project
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of work flows, system configuration, and customizations to develop asset management technical solutions for customers
• Convert functional requirements into technical specifications
• Manage and mentor staff
• Prepare technical documentation
• Take an active role in preparing responses to RFI and RFPs
• Provide client support
• Take ownership of smaller projects or larger scopes of work and design solutions based on your experience
• Deliver high-quality, value-added results for both client and internal projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience implementing IBM Maximo, or a comparable EAM system (SAP, Infor, Oracle, SalesForce)
• Database experience (SQL Server, Oracle and/or DB2)
• IBM WebSphere and/or BEA WebLogic experience
• SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) expertise
• Windows and Linux/Solaris experience Java experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the USA and Canada (Once COVID restrictions are lifted)
