Senior Technical Engineer – Japanese Consumer Electronic/Supervisor Level/Discretionary Bonus(HKD25K)

The job is about

• Lead a team of Service Engineers to help solving customers’ technical problems and providing pre-sales or after-sales service
• Resolve customers’ concern and complaint cases and solicit customer’s feedback to improve service quality
• Oversee staffs’ performance and provide coaching when necessary
• Organize training to internal and external customers

Candidate’s requirement

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering or any related Disciplines
• 5 years’ direct experience, with 2 years in supervisory level
• Practical experience in basic colour management and digital printing in office automation industry will be an advantage
• Good people management skill and communication skills
• High fluency in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
