Responsibilities:
• Implement service and support plan for pre-sales and / or after-sales services;
• Supervise and lead a team of Service Engineers / staff to provide pre-sales and after-sales services to customers;
• Handle complaints and solicit customer’s feedback to improve service quality;
• Organize training to internal and external customers;
• Analyze statistical service data for service enhancement and improvement, and conduct case investigation;
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering or related Disciplines;
• 5 - 7 years relevant working experience with 2 - 3 years in supervisory level is preferred;
• Practical experience in basic colour management and digital printing in office automation industry will be advantage;
• Strong ability in designing, describing, and managing the solution engineering;
