Client Details:

Our Client is a reputable property developer with premium and luxury residential portfolio across Hong Kong. They are hiring for a Senior Technical Manager / Technical Manager to look after their property management of the residential projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a property team in dealing with day-to-day and proactive / planned building repair & maintenance, building services system repair & maintenance, tenancy fitting out and reinstatement, premises improvement and renovation 
• Review maintenance standards and logs, well-monitor contractors’ working performance and progress to ensure company’s standard is achieved
• Formulate annual budget of repair and maintenance works and capex projects, and execute subsequent control 
• Plan, implement and review energy conservation measures of the premises
• Liaise and co-ordinate with both internal and external stakeholders  
• Develop and carry out asset management strategies in property portfolio in Hong Kong and liaise with property owners to maximize the efficiency and get their support
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services/ Building Surveying or related disciplines
• Professional Qualifications in MHKIE, MHKIS or equivalent will be an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Pre-Management experience in Hong Kong is preferred
