Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular inspection on day-to-day building operation & maintenance of E&M facilities and building elements
• Manage and monitor the A&A and Fit-out works of outsourced contractors
• Prepare data analysis report on different projects/ properties
• Provide technical guidance, support and supervision to management agent in routine maintenance and emergency repairs
• Carry out regular technical audit on Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and monitor the performance of management agent’s technical staff

Requirements:

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or other Engineering disciplines or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years proven experience in building maintenance & operation and facilities management
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A) preferred
• Familiar with MS Office applications and AutoCAD
• Hands-on experience in new building handover procedure, managing E&M facilities and renovation projects
• Independent, self –motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer
