Senior Technical Offier - Building Service, Facilities & Maintenance (Property Management/Hotel / Shopping Mall and Office Building)

*** More exp. will be considered as Assistant Manager

SALARY : Around 30-35K - Nego.

The Job

• Responsibilities:
• To repair, Installation, Technical supporting works for all E&M and Building Service projects
• Prepare Tender of Building service contract to sub-contractor ( E&M )
• Lead a team to do the Building Service, Facilities new or Maintenance projects
• Review maintenance standards and logs, well-monitor contractors’ working performance and progress to ensure Company’s standard is achieved -
• Lead the technical services team in dealing with daily building repair & maintenance, fitting out and reinstatement, premise improvement and renovation of commercial portfolio

Requirements

• High Dip or above in Building Service studies, E&M Construction Management or related discipline
• At Least 7 years experience in building service engineering / E&M Installation and maintenance projects
• Worked in large size of Property Management company, Hotel Group, Shopping Mall,Commercial Office Building, In-house jobs...etc is an advantage. 
• Have exp. in-house E&M maintenance projects is an advantage
• Familiar with building works and/or building services systems
• Good communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese

5 Day work only ( 9AM-6PM, no need shift duties)
