• Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Building Studies or related disciplines
• Registered Electrical Worker License Grade B 
• Minimum 5 years experience in project management and/or building maintenance, preferably in consultant firm or property management company
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, and fair written English
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office
• Can work independently under pressure with good interpersonal skill
• Responsible for planning and monitoring the maintenance of a large-sized TPS property
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer
• Immediately available is a credit
• 5½-day work week, Public Holidays, discretionary bonus
• Work Location : New Territories (Tuen Mun/Fanling) / Kowloon
