SUMMARY

Hulu’s Technical Program Management team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our team. As a Technical Program Manager at Hulu, you will lead programs for Identity Management infrastructure. The right person for this role has a strong focus on execution, sets a high bar for him/herself, likes to solve problems, is intellectually curious and is an innovator. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own project schedules and drive deliverables to completion (i.e. tracking issues, tasks and dependencies across multiple consumer facing applications and the back-end services)
• Successfully partner with engineering teams to quickly and efficiently release products.
• Manage requirements, relationships, timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and/or cross-location teams to launch new products and features.
• Manage multiple projects with shifting and competing priorities.
• Distill product requirements into actionable items for the engineering teams.
• Drive features and experiences that keep Hulu users data safe and protects Hulu
• Contribute to the long term technical and feature roadmap for the security infrastructure and services
• Work with 3rd party companies to make Hulu's services widely accessible
• Ensure the quality of products that are delivered to Hulu users

WHAT TO BRING

• BS or MS degree in CS related major
• 3+ years of experience in software program management.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects.
• Ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong passion and motivation for online and mobile video products, mobile or internet based products
• Good interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills in English
• Prefer to have security services experience in a web or mobile product.
• Prefer to have micro service and AWS service work experience or related knowledge.
• Have rich experience on cross-company projects delivery and stakeholders management.
