This exciting role offers opportunity to: The role shall provide technical supports on industrial video surveillance products and systems to drive wins for orders and sales revenue. Engages in technical clarification with customers about enquires on CCTV products and systems. Reviews technical specification requirement and presents competitive solutions with technical differentiations from competitors. Prepares technical proposal tender files for project bidding. Identifies part numbers for configured feature products to sales service team for order entry. Provides technical clarification for new part number creations where applicable. Produces a set of project engineering documentations including but not limited to CCTV system connection diagram, IP network bandwidth & video storage capacity calculation, product arrangement drawings, installation instruction, wiring diagram, and system maintenance instruction. Delivers technical training to aftersales team and customers about system operation at user level. Analyses cost breakdown of proposed offers and always keeps mind on cost effective. Gathers customers’ feedback, identifies potential requirements about customers’ problems and incorporates into product line development plans. Translates customers’ requests into comprehensive product requirements. Works with R&D engineering team to deliver customization products where applicable. Keeps continuous research on competitors’ offerings. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering background. At least 5 years working in video surveillance or security industry with technical support, or project engineering experience. Product management experience will be preferred. Knowledge about IP camera and video surveillance system application. Good customer approach skill to develop and maintain relationships with customers for customer requirements collection and analysis. Able to deliver effective presentations with written and verbal communication skills to direct and work in a team environment per project management perspective.
