Key Responsibilities: 

• Carry out operation, regular checking, preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning installations, mechanical installations, plumbing, drainage and medical gas pipeline systems as well as other electrical & mechanical (E&M) installations
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for the E&M installations
• Procure spare parts for plant and equipment and maintain inventory  
• Prepare technical reports and maintain comprehensive maintenance records
• Attend emergency fault calls to resume the E&M installations to normal operation
• Supervise the outsourced contractors to ensure the works are completed on time and with a high level of quality
• Require to work on shift duties

• A certificate in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering disciplines
• 5 years of relevant experience in building services/ air conditioning/ electrical & mechanical/ medical gas/ plumbing and drainage installations. Candidates with relevant experience in hospitals/healthcare buildings is an advantage
• Registered plumbing worker is required. Licensed plumber is preferable.
• Holder of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate, i.e. Green Card
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word and Excel. General knowledge and experience on CCMS, AutoCAD and BIM are preferred
