Your Role

We are looking for a self-motivated individual, interested in personal growth, to join our expanding team. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll proactively research the market and engage high profile executives to identify a need for services. Using sales and marketing techniques, you’ll develop new client relationships and educate them on PHA’s strategy. You are the liaison between a prospective client and the firm - impacting the prospect’s architecture, program and construction management and infrastructure future and the growth of PHA.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Design Team
• Responsible for design and drafting of construction drawings for architectural and interior projects
• Prepare design proposals using CAD, contribute to the detailed design process and co-ordinate detailed design information
• Prepare drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals

Requirements:  

• Certificate/Diploma holder or above in Architectural Studies or related disciplines with minimum 5 years' experience in architectural design
• Have good design documentation coordination and construction drawings experience
• Mature, Self-motivated, hard-working and able to handle multi tasks under pressure and dynamic environment
• Ability to meet tight schedules with confidence and willing to work overtime when necessary
• Excellent familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and MS office
• Immediate available is preferred
