Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building and facility maintenance, repair work, etc;

Job Requirements:

• Registration Grade A of Electrical worker and Safety Card;
• 4 years experience in plastering/ woodworking/ hydropower/ painting/ ironware
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technician

工作職責：

• 負責苑廈維修保養及維修工作;

入職要求：

• 持有電工A牌及平安咭
• 4年具泥水/ 木器/ 水電/ 油漆/ 鐵器工作經驗
• 經驗不足者可考慮技工職位

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include birthday leave, 14 weeks paternity leave, full attendance leave, new born baby allowance, training allowance, medical allowance and other special leave.
