POSITION SUMMARY
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
REQUIREMENTS
- Senior Technician will carry out day to day operation, repair and maintenance in hotel property and facilities and supervise daily work of technicians.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Assist the Supervisor in day to day operation of the Engineering Department and perform shift duties
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to all Plants and keeps records to maintain in proper control of them to ensure efficient and trouble free functioning of engineering system
- Keep log of daily activities
- Assume duty on stage performance operation
- Carry out daily reactive maintenance as assigned by the works order system, including all plants and equipment
- Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Holder of Electrical License or Boiler-man Certificate
- Holder of related Trade certificates
- Minimum 3 year experience
- High efficiency and good technical background
- Demonstrate team spirit and cooperation
- Average speaking and writing skill both English and Chinese
