QUALIFICATIONS:

§Graduate of BS Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineer. MS graduate equivalent is an advantage
§With 5 years directly related and progressive management experience or equivalent test leadership role
§Extensive knowledge on electronics, mastery on test development solutions and techniques
§Solid background  in electronics, circuit analysis and product understanding of RF and Microwave concepts
§Strong software skills for writing and debugging  test codes.  Expertise or hands on experience  with NI Labview/Teststand  and NI STS  is a plus
§Experienced in RF Test/Lab equipment for measurement
§Independent and have a full grasp on mentoring  and coaching  other test development  engineers.
§Self-driven, enthusiastic, innovative, challenges ideas and  create new techniques

Brief Job Description:

The Test Development Engineer spearheads breakthrough test development projects covering the RF and microwave product portfolios. He/She is primary responsible for delivering innovative test solutions on Highly performance RF/MW Amplifiers, CATV Amplifiers, and other integrated IC’s for RF/MW applications.Test Solution should guarantee product performance according to specifications ensuring company’s desired level of product quality and reliability.

§Manage and maintain projects schedules that align with product introduction and release dates.
§Work with design and validation engineers in defining/developing test methodologies, test plans, test codes,  and test hardware
§Come up with innovative ideas and solutions to technical challenges.
§Collaborates with Design, Evaluation, Application, Product and Test Engineering Teams.
§Mentor other Engineers to operate to the next level of technical development.
§Engage and support local and offshore manufacturing to maintain production yield, high quality and resolve product and test problems after production release
