Your main responsibilities: Prepare, track, and manage new test stand development projects in the area of hardware and software for EV/ICE driveline components Develop, improve, and maintain existing test rigs and test equipment Design and improvement of test methods and procedures Test execution/leading on test benches in accordance to testing standards Supporting investments in test area with requirements definition, purchase requisition request, implementation and finally test bench commissioning in respect to Eaton policy compliance Cooperate with global powertrain engineering teams to define test equipment and software to meet requirements of tests Qualifications Your essential skills we're looking for: Master’s degree in Electrical or Automation engineering. Three to five years of automotive experience. Technical knowledge of Electronic / Electrotechnical / Automation / Mechatronics. High skills in PLC configuration and programming in NI LabView, Phyton. Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink, Vector CANape, CAN networks will be a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
