1. 总体负责和统筹新实验室的建立以及力士乐组装技术产品的测试工作；
   Overall responsibility for newly established laboratory to test Rexroth assembly technology products;
2. 负责机械及电气试验台的设计；
   Mechanical & electrical design of test benches;
3. 负责（监督）试验台的装配、接线和调试工作；
   (Supervision of) Assembly, wiring & commissioning of test benches;
4. 负责实验验证的计划和执行；
   Planning and execution of experimental validation;
5. 负责出具实验报告及管理实验结果。
   Documentation of test result.

1. 统招本科及以上学历，自动化或机械电子工程相关专业，研究生优先；
   Bachelor degree in automation engineering or mechatronic engineering mandatory - Master degree will be an advantage; 
2. 3年以上工厂自动化相关行业工作经验（机械/电气设计及测试）;
   Minimum of 3 years working experience in factory automation (mechanical/electrical design & testing);
3. 具备机电系统设计的知识及经验，熟悉3D-CAD的使用（熟悉CREO2.0优先）；
   Knowledge & experience in mechatronic system design ;Basic knowledge in 3D-CAD (CREO 2.0 preferred);
4. 具有PLC编程经验优先；
   Experience in PLC programming appreciated;
5. 具有较强的工作积极性，主动性以及独立工作的能力；
   Highly motivated, pro-active and independent working capability ;
6. 良好的英语听读写能力，会德语者更佳。
   Fluent in English (verbal and written), German appreciated.
