• Perform new product thermal layout evaluation and make icepak simulation to achieve the best thermal design schemes.
• Launch robust thermal design with reliability and manufacturability, and meet cost & schedule target.
• Take charge of products thermal sustaining, innovation, vave, etc.
• Coordinate and communicate with other function team.
• Provide strong support to sales, customer and manufacture department.

Qualifications

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above in thermal relevant engineering.
• 8+ years experience in thermal design
• Professional experience in thermal icepak simulation and design
• Strong leadership, responsible and proactive.
