Take your next career step with us. What part will you play? You develop and manage impactful thought leadership (TL) and plan to position Siemens as a market leader. You analyze global topics, trends, and best practices in the area of thought leadership to produce highly relevant and fresh TL insights (reports, studies, opinion pieces, sponsored content) with the goal to deepen the relationship with respective audiences. Additionally, you research, monitor and select events and speaking opportunities that provide the highest desired impact in positioning Siemens as a leading technology company in sustainability and digitalization. Together with other communication departments (speechwriters, social media, on-line, lead generation etc.) you develop and execute communications activities supporting TL events and projects. You act as a trusted advisor to senior communication leaders and Siemens management in preparing thought leadership strategy and content. You create and regularly curate a new section dedicated to thought leadership on siemens.com as well as develop new opportunities for thought leadership by assessing potential partnerships with respected and relevant organizations (academia, NGOs, industry organizations, analyst houses etc.) Furthermore, you define key figures and KPIs to measure the success of TL projects and events, to achieve and constantly optimize the impact on the Siemens brand You monitor TL programs of the other players on the market (partners, competitors etc.) and provide key learnings, recommendations, and best practices You act as a true collaborator and partner with businesses and regional colleagues on creating and amplifying TL campaigns Lastly, you report to the Head of Thought Leadership (and possibly acts as his/her deputy, alternating) What you need to make real what matters. As Senior Thought Leadership Consultant (f/m/d) you have extensive experience in managing thought leadership programs in B2B space for the topics of digital transformation and sustainability. In addition, you are an experienced communications professional with a proven track record in strategic content management, speaker placement and thought leadership. You bring a strong network with relevant organizations and providers in the thought leadership space as well as proven experience in successful dealing with internal stakeholders across the entire organization (businesses, regions, corporate/central units), with external partners, content and research providers, and event organizers. You have extensive knowledge of markets and trends in digital transformation and sustainability You have demonstrated experience working in complex, matrix organizations, with a strong business results orientation. You are an outstanding team player who takes initiative and is results oriented as well as a strategic thinker who is able to develop and implement strategies and pragmatic solutions. Personally, you convince un with your growth mindset, your ability to work agile. You are a native English speaker or fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
