Responsibilities:

• Execute sales plan, develop and generate sales leads to meet the sales targets of the fair, including cold and warm calls, show visits, client meetings, etc;
• Establish and maintain good relationship with association, sales partners, existing and potential customers;
• Manage and coordinate marketing activities, prepare sales presentation and review all sales materials including brochures, fact sheet, leaflets, flyers, etc;
• Conduct market research and compile market information for exhibitor & visitor recruitment planning;
• Coach junior staff to administer all trade fair related matters including data entry and database management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines preferably in Marketing;
• Minimum 4 years’ solid sales experience in exhibition industry;
• Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, communication skills and negotiation skills;
• Aggressive, independent, result-oriented, detail-minded and a good team player; 
• Willing to take responsibility, able to work under pressure and achieve sales target;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Willing to travel overseas;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as a position of Trade Fair Coordinator.
