Responsibilities:

• Prepare promotional materials such as brochures, leaflets and edm, etc. related to event and fringe programmes;
• Liaise with both internal and external parties to coordinate as well as monitor the production according to the timeline;
• Conduct market research and compile market/industry information for shows;
• Support the manager to develop marketing campaign and promotion activities;
• Establish and maintain good relationship with related parties such as chamber of commerce, association, sales partners, and customers, to explore cooperation opportunities and facilitate the development of fringe programmes;
• Carry out administrative duties such as database management;
• Perform on-site duties and any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years solid marketing or event management experience with organizer background is an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS-Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Detail-minded, independent, well-organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure;
• Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills;
• Willing to travel overseas.
