Job Responsibilities

• Support manager in retail training plan execution and deliver training in respective area
• Visit store regularly to evaluate the performance of promoter
• Coach promoter to strengthen product knowledge & sell skills
• Involve in training material design by request
• Track and consolidate training date, including training hours, cost, score, etc.

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 5 years working experience in retail training management
• Good facilitation, coaching and communication skills
• Capable in training material design
