Main Responsibilities

1. Identify training needs, partner with Sales & Operations team to achieve sales objectives and Retail KPI target;

2. Plan and implement the Retail Training calendar, operating plan and budget;

3. Support strategic initiatives designed to drive growth, profitability and customer satisfaction;

4. Responsible for delivering orientation, service & product training course to retail staff, office staff and business partner with professionalism and practical knowledge, and to follow up on training effectiveness;

5. Provide training logistics like determining the location, time, facilities and training support required for training activities;

6. Follow up training result in store through store visit, telephone communication;

7. Field coaching in store regularly, submit report to retail team and training team, share the findings with solution and follow up;

8. Partner with Regional Training Manager on MSP performance analysis and to develop action plan for improvement;

9. Partner with Human Resources Team to ensure the proper development of people in stores through the diffusion of the best practices.

Specific responsibilities:

1. Assists markets with on floor training before new shop and shop in shop openings;

2. Works side by side with staff when new shops are launched and coaches the staff, shop managers on a daily basis on operational issues and product knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS

1. University Degree or above;

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering trainings in the retail industry;

3. Experience in an International premium brand;

4. Good understanding of Fashion retail industry;

5. Good English communication skills, written and oral;

6. High level knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially PPT and Excel;

7. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills;

8. Service oriented and ability for multitasking;

9. Mature, organized and attentive to details;

10.No less than 30% domestic business trips.
