Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leading the Training and Development team
- To develop and implement overall learning and development strategy
- To define and execute learning programs including evaluation of programs and learning operations
- To assess and develop learning solution design and management
Requirements :
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 12 / 15 years of solid training and development experience in a sizable organization, preferably in construction field
- Strong people and project management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written in English and Mandarin
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills
- Be able to develop rapport with different levels in a fast-paced work environment
