Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for leading the Training and Development team
  • To develop and implement overall learning and development strategy 
  • To define and execute learning programs including evaluation of programs and learning operations
  • To assess and develop learning solution design and management 


Requirements :

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 12 / 15 years of solid training and development experience in a sizable organization, preferably in construction field
  • Strong people and project management 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English and Mandarin 
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills
  • Be able to develop rapport with different levels in a fast-paced work environment
