Responsibilities :

• The incumbent will provide professional training services to assist frontline staff for attaining high service and operations standard
• Identify training needs and review staff development plan for frontline operations so as to maintain company image and service quality
• Design and deliver training programs in the areas of customer service, supervisory skill and soft skills training for frontline staff
• Review training effectiveness by assessing employee performance and trainees’ feedback
• Coordinate customer service related training events such as Mystery Shopper Program
• Provide assistance in ad hoc projects related to shop operations

Requirements :

• University graduate in Human Resources, Business, Language or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years' hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs, candidate with retail background would be an advantage
• Strong sense of ownership and self-motivated with good organizational and communication skills
• A team player and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC applications especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Training Officer
