• Support logistics development team to search logistics resource and set up logistic network achieve cost saving. Collect, compile and analyze statistical logistics service data.

• Good understanding of how China logistic company operates ,understand the rules and regulations
• Audit Carrier selection and management to provide safe, compliant, and sustainable solutions
• Identify and implement cost controls and KPI's
• Develops and negotiates rates, prepares requests for bids, evaluates proposals.
• Ensures compliance with safety, security and regulatory requirements including but not
• mited to transport, trade compliance and customs regulations
• Manage LSP relationship; Develop together with LSPs, e.g. by introducing advanced logistics techniques and management in operation
• Coordinate with each sub-company and establish working procedure for each project and set up controlling/monitoring process to make sure
• Actively support continuous improvement through ongoing analysis of network operation and performance with emphasis on safety, service, and cost
• Provide training and experience sharing for the teammates

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Logical thinking
• More than 7 years' experience in logistics and at least 2 years in a manager position
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with diversity organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to optimize the logistics process
• Ability to participate in cross-functional, team-oriented environment
• Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership internally and externally
• Excellent negotiation and influential skills
• Data driven, addresses partner and customer needs
• Ability to plan and prioritize work
• Proficient User of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
