Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Be part of the corporate and incentive team to deliver and exceed sales revenue and passenger numbers
• Responsible for planning, organizing tour and meeting event projects held overseas
• Provide professional travel solutions and services including but not limited to reservations with hotels, airlines, transfer companies, dining and sightseeing arrangements
• Study Tours, Corporate and VIP incentive groups

Requirements:

• Diploma in Tourism or related discipline and above
• Minimum 4 years working experience in outbound travel trade/ study tours / travel operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive, flexible, good communication skills and able to work independently
