Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver world-class end-to-end user experiences across iOS and Andriod devices.
• Conduct user research including contextual interviews, usability testing, and present findings to product owners and stakeholders.
• Help develop and refine Pattern libraries and Design guidelines
• Ownership of quality standards, schedule and deliverables
• Bring a multidisciplinary point of view of product design to the conversation
• Effectively communicate with development and business teams through all stages of the design and development process
• Ability to understand how to balance business strategy with user needs and technological constraints

Qualifications / Experience

• 6+ years of work related experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Design / Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or equivalent

• Experience designing and conducting user research, including contextual inquiry and usability &
• accessibility testing
• Must have strong interaction and visual design skills with the ability to design quality graphical user
• interfaces
• Storng understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in a variety of design and experience tools including but not limited to: Sketch, Invision, Photoshop and Illustrator
• The ability prototype in HTML/CSS, JavaScript is a plus
• Familiarity with technical issues and ability to work constructively & persuasively with development teams
• Have an understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM.
