As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Responsible for supervising the overall UX work for talented UX employees across multiple project teams and platforms. Define UX strategy and lead UX program activities, ranging from market research, user research, interaction design and graphics to usability evaluations and product validation. Collaborate with various internal and external interest groups. Oversees schedule, content and quality requirements are met. Defines strategic processes and methods, along with leading the development of research training materials. Be an evangelist and provide ongoing training to teams across the department.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or higher is CS, CE EE or similar STEM degree 10+ years of experience in user experience design with proven track record of successful products 10+ years of experience in user experience flows and design on both PC and mobile platforms Preferred Masters degree or higher in CS, CE, EE or similar STEM degree

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
