The role

We are currently seeking Senior Urban Designer to join Shanghai studio. The successful candidate will be required to have an understanding of the specific components of projects from procurement through to delivery. Skills in concept development and communication are important, as is the ability to lead highly motivated design and documentation teams. This position is a senior level within the organisation and may lead to Associate level nomination for the right person.

About you

_With minimum 6 years postgraduate experience with strong design and graphic ability to join a dynamic team and undertake the conceptual and design development stages of urban design/master planning projects in China/Asia.

_Passionate about design and has the ability to inspire; confident in putting forward new ideas and in developing design concept with others

_Effectively collaborate with others and is able to share information

_Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with major clients and consultant.

_Good client coordination and professional presentation skills.

_Ability to meet tight deadlines

_English language skills are required.

_Qualification in Urban design, landscape architecture, architecture

_Overseas experiences are preferred.
