Responsibilities:

? Plays a key role in projects, as a leader, project manager, or critical designer.

? Leads projects that are medium to large in size: responsible for financial management of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and that the project stays on schedule and staff are working together effectively.

? Develops design plans in response to technical problems posed by a project’s scope. Develops innovative solutions to problems that effectively address the social, legal, and economic implications of the physical form.

? Provide project or task management to develop urban design and planning concepts and translate them into clear and compelling graphic images.

? Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard urban design techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications on projects.

? Plays a key role in client management and client satisfaction.

? Leads marketing efforts to current clients and is instrumental in identifying and attracting new clients.

Requirements:

? At least 5 years’ experience in large-scale master planning area with at least 2 years experience in China.

? Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Urban Design. Master’s degree in Urban Design.

? Strong portfolio of built work which demonstrates excellent technical capabilities.

? Experience working on large-scale international projects.

? Previous experience successfully managing small teams.

? Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills.

? Expertise in Adobe Design Collection, and AutoCAD.

? Strong attention to detail.

? Excellent organizational skills.

? Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

? Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.

? Portfolio attached is a must.

? 景观设计、建筑或城市设计本科，城市设计硕士优先。

? 大型国际项目工作经验。

? 成功的小型团队管理经验。

? 优秀的设计、可视化和制图能力。

? 熟练应用Adobe Design Collection和AutoCAD。

? 注重细节。

? 优秀的组织能力。

? 适应多元团队工作。

? 良好的中英文表达能力。

? 需附上作品集。
