This exciting role offers opportunity to: Manage the validation arrangement including validation items chosen and validation planning. Operate as global contact window for validation test. Lead the team member to optimize the validation procedure for the specific project. Perform the testing and submit the test report. Hold the meeting to discuss the risky issue, to define the severity and track the status. Maintain the test standard according to the customer complaint and key production issue. Analyze application environment continuously. Assess verification method to enhance validation process and tools. Check the other function test report and report in CFR. Track, analyze and check the root cause and countermeasure is effective or not. Qualifications Qualifications Requires a Bachelor degree in Electrical Effective oral and written communication skills. Technical background, experience in engineering and/or manufacturing for power products preferred. 4 years experiences in quality control and validation planning and/or 2 years experiences on the leader of qualification/quality position Experience with New product introductions at global contract manufactures.
