Redpath Partners is currently representing our client, a well established and active growing Family Owned Investment Fund to search for a Senior Valuer / Analyst to carry out valuation assignments and execute their projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and execution of new investments in Hong Kong, GreaterChina, and overseas markets
• Prepare investment memo and presentations for management
• Conduct property valuation reports and annual reports for investment committees
• Develop financial models to evaluate potential deals

Requirements

• Degree Holder or above in Real Estate, Surveying, Economics or business related disciplines
• Professional qualification in general practice surveying preferred
• Minimum 2-3 year’s practical experience in valuation or real estate consultancy
• initiative with good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
