As a Senior Venture Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Full cycle recruitment including proactive networking and sourcing, selection and interviewing for talent across a range of commercial and leadership positions and geographies for our ventures
  • Driving and facilitating the full interview process with the hiring manager to ensure quality of selection and timeliness of the search

  • Recruiting reporting and analytics for the venture which you are assigned to

  • Attending/hosting industry events as a representative of DV to source new talent

  • Acting as a Recruitment SME for Ventures, aligning hiring plans, cultures and strategies

  • Being agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for high calibre talent

  • Mentoring junior team members

 

As a Senior Venture Recruiter, you will need:

  • Digital/Technology or Start-Up experience, with the ability to conduct lead and executive level hires with tact and tenacity.

  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and interact with all levels of management

  • An eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while screening candidates

  • The ability to partner with and influence business leaders and hiring as a talent advisor

  • Extensive research experience, including creative approaches to data gathering and analysis

  • Demonstrated ability in screening for highly creative positions and identifying strengths and areas of

    development

  • A results-oriented mindset, not scared by stretch goals

  • Experience working in a candidate-centric model

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
