Role and Responsibilities:

• Shooting and post production of high quality, compelling content.
• Production of diverse video content for multiple platforms including but not limited to social, corporate, and creative campaigns.
• Lead pre-production, equipment procurement and team schedules.
• Willingness to live out of a suitcase to procure video footage.
• Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with other creative team members.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills; can take ownership of a task / project with excellent attention to detail.
• Presentation and explanation of ideas to colleagues & management.
• Collaborate with other teams and individuals including Marketing team, photographers, designers and copywriters.
• Ensure videos are edited, colour / sound graded and produced according to brand guidelines.
• Amend, revise or redevelop adverts or campaign videos in response to feedback from the Marketing, Branding and Design teams.
• Ability to record, mix and post produce Audio recordings.
• Concept development, idea and storyboard generation.
• Post production / editing capabilities.
• Routine audio and video equipment maintenance.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of video production experience.
• High Diploma in art, film, comms or broadcasting.
• Understand of post-production techniques.
• Expert in Final Cut Pro X, Pinnacle studio or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge in After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge and experience in Cinema 4D is a bonus.
• Meticulous planning and organizational skills are necessary.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese language is a plus.
• Candidates with less experience shall be considered as Videographer.
