PURPOSE:

Responsible for retail project for the brand in China

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1 Product Presentation

? Develop new store VM plan & setup

? Execute retail marketing campaign roll out, material ordering and instore setup

? Conduct regular store visit and communication with front line staff to ensure qualified VM maintenance is achieved

? Casual store VM standard setting & seasonal campaign VM tips development.

? Seasonal campaign casual store Mock up & ISC manual development.

2 Training

? Provide VM training to internal sales and retail team, retailers and front line staff

? CVM coaching, class training combined with VM workshop.

3 Regional VM Management

? Manage and monitor store VM execution & maintain

? Top account key city VM management

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

1） Education：College or above, major in design or art or related discipline

2） Experience：3-5 years in retail project industry, sports is preferred

3） Knowledge, technical/professional skill: Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, CorelDraw & ppt

4） Language Skill: Good in read & written English

5） Others:
