We are currently seeking a Senior Web Program Functional Analyst to join our Commercial Operations Center of Excellence (COCOE) team. No relocation is being offered for this position. The candidate will be based at any Eaton facility in the US. The COCOE Senior Web Program Functional Analyst will work with business teams, functional teams, project deployment teams, Eaton customers and IT staff to design, implement and drive adoption of innovative solutions to support the marketing, sale and usage of our front-end web technologies. The successful candidate will design, model, configure, and implement software and process solutions to meet desired business requirements. The individual in this role will analyze business & systems processes, recommending improvements that use standard Eaton components. They will participate in implementations at an expert level often directing more junior-level team members. They will have the ability to develop, demonstrate, train users on and drive regional or global solutions. They will implement controls that are fully auditable and compliant with business and regulatory standards. The functional analyst will work with project teams and IT staff to support the entire systems lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test and deploy). The functional analyst will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of program architecture and artifacts that define the standard features and methodology for deploying program solutions. These artifacts include reference architectures, detailed functional architectures, process maps, program playbooks, roadmaps and status reports. The successful candidate will draw heavily on a combination of web, IT analyst and customer relationship management experiences to ensure success. In this role: You will be responsible for in-depth functional & business process knowledge related to Web solutions - showing global leadership. You will work in partnership with global decision makers and business process owners on system requirements, standard processes, and solution design. You will manage requirements in line with global templates and guidelines. Ensure that solutions are for the benefits of all users, sites, divisions and regions. You will own the set-up and governance of consolidated, worldwide target processes. You will demonstrate very strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and regions, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and elicit solution ideas from requirements. You will apply governance processes to the system development life cycle to ensure that proposed solutions are in-line with global standards. You will ensure that necessary regression testing is delivered to safeguard system integrity. You will support end-to-end processes with a strong understanding of system touch points. You will participate in global business process improvement and architecture committees as needed. You will demonstrate strong communication skills - able to interact with senior level leaders at a global level. Able to explain complex system issues and decision points using common business language (without using IT terms and language). Qualifications Basic (Minimum) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required. Minimum 7 years of IT experience is required. Expert level of system expertise - fully demonstrated across many full-life cycle projects. Advanced knowledge of functional & technical capability including Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management system. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without company sponsorship Position Criteria: Facilitation, architecture design (functional & technical), executive leader level communication, problem solving, advanced business process design, experience successfully delivering on all aspects of an enterprise-wide technology project, comfortable in business situations with external customers, and experience working with global cultures, organizations and teams. The annual salary range for this role is $121,125 - $163,875 a year, with flexibility based on experience and skill level.
