Main Responsibility:

• To organize the delivery and installation of equipment, laboratory furniture and consumables in the laboratory by coordinating with relevant suppliers
• To set up the process organization and sample flow in lab from start to end
• To recruit, train and manage the existing and new laboratory’s manpower
• To carry on inter-laboratories testing and calibration of equipment with CTC expert network
• To adapt the quality documents/instructions/records as per ISO/IEC 17025 and lead the way to successful laboratory accreditation by 2020.
• To manage the whole laboratory’s activity (staff supervision, result checking, method updates & development, quality improvement, material management…)
• To assist other teams in dealing with customers’ technical queries
• To report the activity to Laboratory Manager and Office Manager

Requirement:

• Significant experience of 5 to 10 years in analytical laboratory and operational on chromatographic (GC, LC) & spectrophotometric analytical technics, samples extraction, machinery calibration, test result exploitation.
• Additional experience in inorganic elements analysis would be appreciated
• Significant experience in developing and evolving lab quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions according to ISO/IEC 17025 as well as audit preparation and process
• Experienced in managing team of qualified technicians (5-10 pers.)
• General knowledge in chemical analysis of footwear/leather material and the relevant world regulations (REACh, CPSC, GB…)
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft excel and word)
• Perfect Chinese speaking and writing and must be fluent in English to interact with HQ team
• Organized and must be very rigorous in his/her work
• Dynamic & Hard worker

Education:

• Ph. D. or M. Sc. in analytical chemistry or organic chemistry
• Bachelor candidates with major in chemistry or relevant discipline with strong professional experience are also eligible for the position
