A renowned architecture company in Hong Kong is currently looking for Senior Architect/Associate to lead its team running several types of projects including mixed-use project/ residential/ healthcare/institutional projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for projects from delivering design concept to project completion
• Manage the feasibility study, schematic design works and detailed design works
• Supervise various vendors and contractors and able to handle all project issues and resolve potential clashes efficiently
• Manage and supervise various vendors and contractors and proactively handle all project issues and resolve potential clashes.
• Review design proposals, tender documents and reports
• Oversee the feasibility study, schematic design works and detailed design works
  
  

Key requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture or relevant qualification
• HKIA, RIBA, or other relevant registered architect with at least 6 years of experience
• Good communication skill in English and Chinese
• Solid experience in HK residential/mixed-use/institutional/healthcare projects in Hong Kong
