My client is a world leading fashion group.

• Understand the market needs; analyze the product performance to optimize the sales.
• Work closely with Merchandising and Planning teams to place the seasonal buy for all retail stores.
• Communicate with National buying team on a regular basis to enhance the product performance.
• Conduct the seasonal training together with the national Merchandising and training team.
• Give guidance to the retail Merchandisers on stock allocation, consolidation, return products etc.
• Provide insights to the retail operation and VM team to enhance the product performance.

• Decision Making: Makes good decisions based on analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment; knowledgeable in current and future policies, practices, trends and information related to Finance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to digest multiple variables while making timely decisions.
